The invention discloses an online steel rail insulation defect diagnosis method based on whole-line steel rail potential feature extraction, and belongs to the field of urban rail transit fault detection application, and the method specifically comprises the steps: firstly carrying out the management of historical data, and forming different reference groups; then performing characteristic quantity extraction on the real-time data, and matching the real-time data to a reference group through condition characteristics to perform insulation diagnosis; and finally, performing probability statistics on a diagnosis result in a discrimination period, and finally, realizing defect positioning through a given limit value. According to the method, the defect condition can be rapidly diagnosed, thedefect position can be accurately positioned, and reference is provided for stray current protection.

    本发明公开了一种基于全线钢轨电位特征提取的在线钢轨绝缘缺陷诊断方法,属于城市轨道交通故障检测应用领域,具体为:首先对历史数据进行管理,组成不同参考组别;然后对实时数据进行特征量提取,通过条件特征匹配到参考组别进行绝缘诊断;最后针对一个判别周期内的诊断结果进行概率统计,最终通过给定限值实现缺陷定位。本发明不仅能迅速诊断缺陷情况,并能准确定位缺陷位置,为杂散电流防护提供参考。
