The invention discloses a maintenance device and maintenance method for a compact converter valve reactor. The maintenance device comprises a supporting tool, a curved beam and a lifting rope, whereinthe supporting tool is suitable for supporting a to-be-maintained reactor; the curved beam is fixed on a valve layer frame above the reactor to be overhauled; one end of the lifting rope is connectedwith the curved beam, and the other end of the lifting rope is connected with the supporting tool; and the supporting tool supports the reactor to be overhauled and is moved out of a valve tower through the lifting rope, the curved beam is bent in an approximate S shape, and the lifting rope reciprocates in the longitudinal direction of the curved beam so that the reactor to be overhauled can avoid electric appliance elements in the valve tower in the moving process. According to the maintenance device, an existing linear H-shaped section bar is improved into the curved beam, and the reactorcan be taken out in a narrow space by reasonably designing the bending mode of the curved beam and the taking-out mode of the reactor, so that the labor force is reduced, and the maintenance efficiency of the reactor is improved.
本发明公开了一种紧凑型换流阀电抗器的检修装置及其检修方法,包括支撑工装,所述支撑工装适于支撑待检修电抗器;曲形梁,所述曲形梁固定于所述待检修电抗器上方的阀层框架上;吊绳,所述吊绳的一端连接所述曲形梁,另一端连接所述支撑工装;所述支撑工装撑起所述待检修电抗器并由所述吊绳移出阀塔,所述曲形梁呈近似S型弯曲,吊绳沿所述曲形梁的纵向往复运动,以使所述待检修电抗器移动过程中避开阀塔中的电器元件。本发明将现有的直线形H型材改进为曲形梁,通过合理设计曲形梁的弯曲方式以及电抗器取出方式,可以实现在狭窄空间下取出电抗器,减少劳动力,提高电抗器检修效率。
