The invention discloses a mine pipeline engineering vehicle. The mine pipeline engineering vehicle comprises a roadway vehicle, a mechanical arm gyrator and a mechanical arm; the top of the chassis ofthe roadway vehicle is provided with a pulley that slides back and forth or leftwards and rightwards; a slide saddle is slidably arranged at the top of the pulley; the sliding direction of the slidesaddle is set to be perpendicular to the sliding direction of the pulley; the fixed part of the mechanical arm gyrator is fixedly connected with the top of the slide saddle; and a base of the mechanical arm is fixedly connected with the rotating part of the mechanical arm gyrator. The mine pipeline engineering vehicle has the advantages that the slide saddle, the pulley and the mechanical arm gyrator cooperate with the mechanical arm to grab a pipeline and place the pipeline at the two sides of a roadway and on a pipeline bracket in the upper direction; the mine pipeline engineering vehicle isflexible to operate, can be used for replacing manpower to implement actions such as grabbing and lifting the pipeline, is quick in speed and high in efficiency, can reduce labor investment and reduce potential safety hazards; a hanging basket is hung on a lifting mechanism so that a worker can conveniently stand in the hanging basket during overhead operation construction; a scaffold needs not to be erected; time is saved; and meanwhile the mine pipeline engineering vehicle is stable in structure and completely eradicates potential safety hazards.

    本发明公开了一种矿井管道工程车,其包括巷道车、机械臂回转器和机械臂,在巷道车的底盘的顶部设有前后或左右滑动的滑车,在滑车顶部滑动设有滑鞍,滑鞍的滑动方向与滑车的滑动方向垂直设置,机械臂回转器的固定部与滑鞍顶部固定连接,机械臂的底座与机械臂回转器的转动部固定连接。优点:滑鞍、滑车、机械臂回转器与机械臂配合,可以抓取管道,并将管道安放在巷道车两侧及上方的管道支吊架上,操作灵活,可代替人工完成管道的抓取、举升等动作,速度快,效率高,且可减少人工投入,降低安全隐患;举升机构挂上吊篮方便高空作业施工站人,免去搭设脚手架,节省时间,同时结构稳定,杜绝了安全隐患。
