The invention discloses an elevator end station recognition system. When a magnetic circuit between a permanent magnet and a contact is interrupted by a magnetic isolation plate, the contact is in a first state; when the magnetic circuit between the permanent magnet and the contact is not interrupted, the contact is in a second state; when the magnetic isolation plate passes through a vertical gapbetween the contact and the permanent magnet, the area length of the magnetic circuit between the permanent magnet of a floor position switch and the contact that can be isolated by the end magneticisolation plate is different from that of the magnetic circuit between the permanent magnet of the floor position switch and the contact that can be isolated by a standard magnetic isolation plate; when the contact of the floor position switch is in the second state, a controller calculates the length of the magnetic isolation plate of a corresponding floor station according to duration of the previous contact continuing to be in the first state and rotation speed of a elevator car traction machine; and if the calculated length of the magnetic isolation plate of the corresponding floor stationis not equal to the length of the standard magnetic isolation plate, the corresponding floor station is determined as an end station. The elevator end station recognition system of the invention is low in equipment cost and is convenient for installation, debugging and maintenance.
本发明公开了一种电梯端站识别系统,当永磁体同触头之间的磁路被隔磁板隔断时,触头为第一状态;当永磁体同触头之间的磁路不被隔断时,触头为第二状态;隔磁板穿过触头同永磁体之间的竖向间隙时,端隔磁板能隔断楼层位置开关的永磁体同触头之间的磁路的区域长度不同于标准隔磁板能隔断楼层位置开关的永磁体同触头之间的磁路的区域长度;当楼层位置开关触头为第二状态,控制器根据前一触头持续为第一状态的时长及电梯轿厢曳引机转速,计算相应层站的隔磁板长度;如果计算得到的相应层站的隔磁板长度不等于标准隔磁板长度则判定相应层站为端站。本发明的电梯端站识别系统,设备成本低,便于安装调试及维修保养。
