The invention discloses a non-contact elevator taking method and system. The method comprises the steps that an elevator taking request of a user is obtained, wherein the elevator taking request is arequest generated by the user in a non-contact elevator manner; and an Internet of things elevator dispatching instruction is generated based on the elevator taking request, and an Internet of thingselevator is dispatched based on the dispatching instruction. According to the obtained elevator taking request generated by the user in the non-contact elevator manner, the Internet of things elevatoris correspondingly dispatched, non-contact elevator taking of the user is achieved, the cross infection risk generated when the user takes the elevator is effectively reduced, and the elevator takingexperience of the user is improved.

    本发明公开了一种无接触乘梯方法及系统,方法包括:获取用户的乘梯请求,其中,乘梯请求为用户无接触电梯生成的请求;基于乘梯请求生成物联电梯调度指令,基于调度指令对物联电梯进行调度。本发明能够根据获取到的用户无接触电梯生成的乘梯请求,对物联电梯进行相应的调度,实现了用户的无接触乘梯,有效降低了用户乘坐电梯时的交叉感染风险,提升了用户的乘梯体验。
