The invention discloses a self-adaptive electrode wall surface micro-nano pit micro-bubble generating device and a manufacturing method thereof and relates to the technical field of active drag reduction of underwater vehicles. The device comprises a substrate and a direct-current power supply, a surface of the substrate is provided with an electrode wall surface micro-nano pit, a wall surface ofthe electrode wall surface micro-nano pit and an upper surface of the substrate are provided with a sputtering metal layer, the sputtering metal layer on the upper surface of the substrate is coveredwith photoresist, and the sputtering metal layer is connected with a negative electrode of a direct-current power supply through power supply wires. By electrolyzing an NaCl solution, micro-bubbles can be supplemented in a self-adaptive mode, continuous and long-time ventilation is not needed, when the micro-bubbles are broken or a gas-liquid interface is lower than an upper end of the laid sputtered metal negative electrode, the device automatically triggers an electrolysis circuit, self-adaptive control of the micro-bubbles is achieved, and the device is suitable for surface ships and underwater vehicles. The micro-bubbles can be stably maintained, and a practical application is facilitated.
自适应电极壁面微纳凹坑微气泡发生装置及其制作方法,涉及水下航行体主动式减阻技术领域,包括基体和直流电源,所述基体的表面设有电极壁面微纳凹坑,电极壁面微纳凹坑的壁面和基体的上表面均设有溅射金属层,基体的上表面的溅射金属层上覆盖有光刻胶,溅射金属层通过电源导线连接直流电源的负极。通过电解NaCl溶液,可以实现自适应补充微气泡,不需要连续、长时间地通气,当微气泡破裂或气液界面低于铺设的溅射金属负极上端时,装置自动触发电解电路,实现微气泡的自适应控制,适用于水面舰船和水下航行器;能够稳定地维持微气泡,有利于实际应用。
