The invention discloses an overlapped inner collapse type beam structure. The overlapped inner collapse type beam structure comprises a beam main body. The beam main body comprises a plurality of sleeving sections which are sequentially arranged in an axial direction of the beam main body. Every two adjacent sleeving sections are movably connected in a sleeving manner; under an action of an axialexternal force, every two adjacent sleeving sections of the beam main body relatively move so that axial crushing of the beam main body is adjusted; and due to a fact that the beam main body is formedby movably sleeving the multiple sleeving sections, the multiple sleeving sections move in an axial direction to generate axial crushing when the beam main body is subjected to head-on collision, bending crushing is avoided, and then an energy absorption capacity of the overlapped inner collapse type beam structure is improved. In addition, the structure is different from a traditional structurein which various reinforcing plates are added. When energy absorption efficiency of the beam needs to be improved, the energy absorption efficiency can be improved only by increasing a thickness of the sleeving sections.

    本发明公开一种重叠内溃式梁结构,重叠内溃式梁结构包括梁主体,所述梁主体包括沿其轴向依次布设的多个套接段,其中,相邻的每两个所述套接段之间活动套接,以能够在轴向外力作用下,梁主体相邻的每两个所述套接段之间的相对移动,调节所述梁主体的轴向压溃,因为梁主体由多个套接段活动套接组成,在受到正面碰撞时,多个套接段沿轴向移动而产生轴向压溃,从而避免了弯折压溃的发生,进而增大了重叠内溃式梁结构吸能能力。并且,与传统结构中的增加各种各样的加强板不同。当需要提升梁吸能效率的时候,仅通过提升所述套接段的厚度既可实现。
