The invention discloses a hill-start braking device and a start method applied to a pneumatic braking vehicle type. The device comprises a relay valve, an air reservoir, two ABS electromagnetic valves, a two-way valve and a normally-closed electromagnetic valve, wherein the air reservoir and the two ABS electromagnetic valves are connected with the relay valve; a first air port of the two-way valve is connected with a brake master cylinder of a vehicle, a second air port of the two-way valve is connected with the relay valve, a third air port of the two-way valve is connected with the second air port of the normally-closed electromagnetic valve, and the first air port of the normally-closed electromagnetic valve is connected with an auxiliary air reservoir of the vehicle. After the vehicleenters a starting mode, the normally-closed electromagnetic valve is powered on and opened, a high-pressure air source of the auxiliary air reservoir enters the two-way valve through the normally-closed electromagnetic valve and then enters the relay valve, driving wheel braking is achieved, and the vehicle is prevented from sliding downwards. Rear wheel braking is automatically controlled through the normally-closed electromagnetic valve and the slope sensor, slope starting difficulty of a driver is effectively reduced, slope sliding during starting is prevented, and efficiency and safety ofthe whole vehicle are improved.

    本发明公开了一种应用于气压制动车型的坡道起步制动装置及起步方法。装置包括继动阀及分别与其连接的贮气筒、两个ABS电磁阀,还包括一个双向阀和一个常闭电磁阀,所述双向阀的第一气口连接车辆的制动总泵、第二气口连接继动阀、第三气口连接常闭电磁阀的第二气口,常闭电磁阀的第一气口连接车辆的辅助贮气筒。车辆进入起步模式后,给常闭电磁阀通电开启,辅助贮气筒的高压气源通过常闭电磁阀进入双向阀,进而进入继动阀,实现驱动轮制动,防止车辆向下溜坡。本发明通过常闭电磁阀和坡度传感器自动控制后轮制动,有效减少司机坡度起步的难度,防止起步溜坡,提高效率和整车安全性。
