The invention discloses a flywheel energy storage auxiliary brake type trailer axle. The trailer axle comprises a cross frame beam, a half shaft and a central bevel gear, wherein plate type shock absorbers are symmetrically arranged on a left side and a right side of the cross frame beam, and a center transmission bin is arranged in the middle; the half shaft is arranged in the cross frame beam, and a transmission bevel gear is arranged at the inner end of the half shaft; and the central bevel gear is arranged in the middle of the central transmission bin, a connecting shaft is arranged in thecenter, and a transmission friction plate is fixedly connected to the upper end of the connecting shaft. The half shaft and the transmission friction plate are connected for transmission through thecentral bevel gear and the transmission bevel gear; when the vehicle goes downhill, the half shaft drives the energy storage flywheel to rotate through the transmission friction plate so that kineticenergy of the vehicle is stored through the energy storage flywheel; meanwhile, a rotating speed of a tire can be reduced to play a role in assisting in braking so that a working load of a brake device is reduced; and when the vehicle needs to be accelerated, the energy storage flywheel can drive the half shaft to rotate through the transmission friction plate to release the kinetic energy storedin the energy storage flywheel and reduce energy losses of uphill and downhill of the vehicle so that oil consumption is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种飞轮储能辅助刹车式挂车车桥,包括:横架梁,左右两侧对称设置有板式避震,中间设置有中心传动仓;半轴,设置于所述横架梁的内部,内端设置有传动伞齿;中心伞齿,设置于所述中心传动仓的中间,中心处设置有连接轴,所述连接轴的上端固定连接有传动摩擦片。本发明通过中心伞齿和传动伞齿将半轴和传动摩擦片相连接传动,车辆下坡时半轴通过传动摩擦片带动储能飞轮转动,从而使车辆的动能通过储能飞轮进行储存,同时可以降低轮胎转速以起到辅助刹车的功能,以降低刹车器件的工作负荷,而且当车辆需要加速时,储能飞轮可以通过传动摩擦片带动半轴转动,释放储能飞轮中储存的动能,降低车辆上下坡的能量损耗,从而降低油耗。
