The invention discloses a safety protection method of a super capacitor charging device. According to the method, a super-capacitor charging device cabinet body is installed on a channel steel foundation of a station in an insulating mode; a current relay is arranged between the cabinet body and the charging system; a voltage relay is arranged between the cabinet body and a negative electrode of the charging system; a protection device is arranged; and when an insulation level of the super capacitor charging device is reduced so that the charging system discharges to the cabinet body, the current relay detects a current signal or the voltage relay detects a voltage signal, the current relay and the voltage relay are triggered to act, an action signal is fed back to the protection device, and the protection device cuts off a power supply of a charging system main loop through a circuit breaker after receiving the signal. According to the method, when current leakage or insulation damageoccurs between the main loop and the shell, faults can be effectively recognized, the power supply is cut off, and equipment and personal safety are protected.

    本发明公开了一种超级电容充电装置安全防护方法,该方法将超级电容充电装置柜体绝缘安装在车站的槽钢基础上,在柜体和充电系统之间设置电流继电器,在柜体和充电系统负极之间设置电压继电器,并设置保护装置,当超级电容充电装置的绝缘水平下降导致充电系统向柜体放电时,电流继电器检测到电流信号或电压继电器检测到电压信号,触发二者动作,并将动作信号反馈至保护装置,保护装置在接收到信号后通过断路器切断充电系统主回路的电源。该方法在主回路与壳体之间发生电流泄漏或绝缘损坏时,能有效识别故障并切除电源,对设备和人身安全进行防护。
