The invention provides a permanent magnet synchronous motor fault detection method and system, and an automobile, and relates to the field of automobile fault detection. The permanent magnet synchronous motor fault detection method comprises the following steps: when a rotating speed of a permanent magnet synchronous motor to be detected is zero and a vehicle is in an active discharge process, periodically estimating a first output torque of the permanent magnet synchronous motor according to a preset control period; performing band-pass filtering on the first output torque to obtain a secondoutput torque; calculating a torque fluctuation coefficient in a detection time period according to the second output torque; and judging whether the permanent magnet synchronous motor to be detectedhas a rotor position zero deviation fault or not according to whether a torque fluctuation coefficient is greater than a preset threshold or not. According to the scheme, when the vehicle is activelydischarged and the rotating speed of the motor is zero, the rotor position zero-point deviation fault of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is detected, and the normal running of the vehicle is not interfered in a detection process; meanwhile, the scheme is convenient to implement and does not involve the change of vehicle driving system hardware.

    本发明提供了一种永磁同步电机故障检测方法、系统及汽车,涉及汽车故障检测领域。该永磁同步电机故障检测方法,包括:在待检测永磁同步电机转速为零,且车辆处于主动放电过程中时,按照预设控制周期,周期性的估算永磁同步电机的第一输出扭矩;对第一输出扭矩进行带通滤波,得到第二输出扭矩;根据第二输出扭矩,计算检测时段内的扭矩波动系数;根据扭矩波动系数是否大于预设阈值,判断待检测永磁同步电机是否存在转子位置零点偏差故障。上述方案,在车辆处于主动放电,且电机转速为零时,对永磁同步电机的转子位置零点偏差故障进行检测,检测过程不会对车辆的正常行驶造成干扰;同时本方案实现方便,不涉及车辆驱动系统硬件的更改。
