The invention discloses a tire antiskid pattern groove based on a bionic sharkskin scale structure. The tire antiskid pattern groove comprises a tire tread, grooves and bionic bulge structures, wherein the grooves are formed in a tire tread, and the bionic bulge structures are arranged at the bottoms of longitudinal grooves; and the bionic bulge structures are designed on the basis of sharkskin scale structures, the arrangement mode of the bionic bulge structures is that every two bionic bulge structures are arranged in the shape of rhombuses in a staggered mode, and the bulges in the rear roware located on the center line between the two bulges in the front row. Due to the arrangement of the bionic bulge structures, on the premise that other properties of the tire are not affected, the water flow resistance in the grooves can be effectively reduced, the drainage capacity of the grooves is improved, and the possibility of water skiing of the tire is reduced; meanwhile, air pump noisecan be reduced, and air column resonance noise in a medium-high frequency band is reduced; and due to the existence of the bulge structures, stones in the grooves can be extruded and popped up, so that the effect of prolonging the service life of the tire is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于仿生鲨鱼皮鳞片结构的轮胎防滑花纹沟槽,包括轮胎胎面、沟槽和仿生凸起结构;所述沟槽布置于轮胎胎面,其纵向沟槽底部设有仿生凸起结构;所述仿生凸起结构是基于鲨鱼皮鳞片结构设计而成,其排布方式按照菱形三两交错排列,其中后一排的凸起位于前一排两凸起之间的中心线上。本发明仿生凸起结构的设置可在不影响轮胎其他性能的前提下,有效降低沟槽内水流阻力,提高沟槽排水能力,降低轮胎发生滑水的可能性;同时能够减少空气泵浦噪声,降低中高频频带内的气柱共鸣噪声;且凸起结构的存在能将沟槽中的石子挤压弹出,起到延长轮胎寿命的作用。
