The implementation method comprises the steps of basedon known road surface excitation, using a radial discrete elastic unit tire model for obtaining vertical force and longitudinal force of the ground borne by wheels, and acquiring then the ground resistance borne by wheels; according to displacement of vehicle center-of-mass, acquiring mass center positions of front wheels and rear wheels of the vehicle; obtaining the instantaneous gradient formed by the front and rear wheels according to the pavement elevation and the positions of the front and rear wheels so as to obtain the gradient elevation below the front and rear axle tires of a vehicle, and subtracting the elevation caused by the gradient from the original pavement elevation to obtain the pavement elevation after the gradient is separated; rapidly analyzing and predicting the dynamic response of the vehicle on the cross-country road surface by utilizing the obtained ground resistance, and providing support for performance improvement of the vehicle on the cross-country road surface. The instantaneous stress condition of the tire can be obtained more accurately, and the method has the advantages of high precision and high obtaining efficiency.
本发明公开的一种越野路面阻力快速获取方法,属于车辆动力学技术领域。本发明实现方法为:基于已知的路面激励,利用径向离散弹性单元轮胎模型,获取车轮所受地面的垂向力和纵向力,进而得到车轮受到的地面阻力;根据车辆质心位移,获取车辆前轮和后轮的质心位置,进而得到车轮对应位置的路面高程,根据路面高程和前后车轮的位置获取前后车轮构成的瞬时坡度,进而得到车辆前后轴轮胎下方的坡度高程,路面原始高程减去坡度引起的高程得到分离坡度后的路面高程;利用得到的地面阻力快速分析预测车辆在越野路面上的动力学响应,为车辆在越野路面上性能改进提供支撑。本发明能够更为准确获取轮胎的瞬时受力状况,具有精度高、获取效率高的优点。
