The invention discloses a power battery available capacity estimation method and system. The method comprises the steps of: carrying out cyclic aging test of a battery, and acquiring an improved Peukert constant according to the cyclic aging test data of the battery; establishing a battery available capacity model based on the improved Peukert constant; wherein the cyclic aging test data of the battery comprises maximum available capacity of the battery under different battery temperatures, different battery aging stages and different discharge rates; and the improved Peukert constant comprises the charge-discharge cycle index representing the aging degree of the battery, the environment temperature of the battery and the discharge rate of the battery; and in the actual using process, acquiring the discharging rate, the battery environment temperature and the battery charge-discharge cycle index of the current battery, inputting the obtained discharging rate, the battery environment temperature and the battery charge-discharge cycle index of the current battery into a built battery available capacity model, and outputting the available capacity of the current battery.

    本公开公开了动力电池可用容量估计方法及系统,包括:进行电池的循环老化试验测试,根据电池的循环老化试验测试数据,得到改进后的普克特常数;基于改进后的普克特常数,建立电池可用容量模型;其中,所述电池的循环老化试验测试数据,包括:不同电池温度、不同电池老化阶段和不同放电倍率下电池最大可用容量;所述改进后的普克特常数,包括:代表电池老化程度的充放电循环次数、电池环境温度和电池放电倍率;在实际使用过程中,获取当前电池的放电倍率、电池环境温度和电池充放电循环次数,将获取的当前电池的放电倍率、电池环境温度和电池充放电循环次数输入到已经构建好的电池可用容量模型中,输出当前电池的可用容量。
