The system comprises a camera, a leveling sensor and a controldevice; the camera is installed in a lift car of the elevator and used for shooting real-time images located in the lift car; the leveling sensor is installed in a leveling area of the elevator and generates a leveling signal when the lift car arrives at the leveling area; the control device is used for processing the real-time image, comparing the real-time image with a dangerous state contour, calculating contour similarity, judging whether the contour similarity reaches a preset similarity or not, and if so, sending a rescue signal to a remote control platform; the control device further drives a brake releasing device to release, so that the lift car ascends or descends to the leveling area to drive the brake releasing device to brake tightly, and rescue information is sent to an elevator management center.
