The invention discloses a big data based elevator intelligent inspection method. A data acquisition unit, a communication system unit, a data diagnosis platform and a visual display unit are included.The data acquisition unit acquires real-time data, the acquired data are transmitted to an open Plant based real-time database system through the communication system unit, then the data diagnosis platform is used for carrying out centralized management and analysis on real-time data in the database system, and data compression and long-term historical storage are carried out; and meanwhile, an elevator system is subjected to diagnosis and situation analysis, the visual display unit is sued for displaying the result, and the pre-warning state of equipment is updated. Situation analysis is carried out on the equipment through existing algorithm analysis, and the result and the real-time data are displayed in the system through the visual technology.
本发明公开了一种基于大数据的电梯智能检验方法,包括数据采集单元、通信系统单元、数据诊断平台、可视化展现单元,所述数据采集单元采集实时数据,把所采集的数据通过所述通信系统单元,传输到基于open Plant实时数据库系统,然后使用所述数据诊断平台,对所述数据库系统中的实时数据进行集中管理和分析,并进行数据压缩和长期的历史存储,同时对电梯系统进行诊断和态势分析,通过所述可视化展现单元将结果进行显现,并更新设备的预警状态。通过已有的算法分析对设备进行态势分析,并将结果与实时数据在该系统中利用可视化技术展现。
