The thermal management method of the fuelcell comprises the steps of acquiring a current temperature value in a vehicle; and according to the fact that the current temperature value in the vehicle is less than a first preset temperature value, controlling cooling liquid of an engine to exchange heat with a refrigerant of a first radiator in the vehicle. According to the thermal management method of the fuel cell in the invention, the cooling liquid of the engine is controlled to exchange heat with the refrigerant of the first radiator in the vehicle according to the fact that the current temperature value in the vehicle is less thanthe first preset temperature value, waste heat of the fuel cell engine is fully utilized, heat of the cooling liquid of the radiator is introduced into the vehicle to heat the interior of the vehicle, the heat exchange efficiency is improved, energy is saved, and the heating requirement of the whole vehicle in winter is met.
