The invention provides a high-power direct-current charging system which is applied to an electric vehicle and comprises a power conversion unit, a direct-current contactor, a main controller and an interaction unit. One end of the power conversion unit is used for inputting a three-phase alternating current, and the other end is connected with the direct-current contactor; the interaction unit isconnected with the direct-current contactor through the main controller; the power conversion unit comprises at least one GaN switching device; the power conversion unit is used for converting the three-phase alternating current into a direct current; and the main controller is used for receiving the control instruction input by the interaction unit, indicating the direct current contactor to control the direct current output system to be started according to the control instruction, and charging the electric automobile according to the charging mode of the control instruction. According to the high-power direct-current charging system, the output capacity of the charging system is improved, the charging time of an electric vehicle is greatly shortened, and charging loss and the chargingsystem size are reduced; and stability and safety of operation and use of the charging system are ensured.

    本发明提供了一种大功率直流充电系统,应用于电动汽车,包括功率变换单元、直流接触器、主控制器和交互单元;功率变换单元的一端用于输入三相交流电,另一端连接直流接触器;交互单元通过主控制器连接直流接触器;其中功率变换单元包括至少一个GaN开关器件;功率变换单元用于将三相交流电转换成直流电;主控制器用于接收交互单元输入的控制指令,并根据控制指令指示直流接触器控制直流电的输出系统开启,且根据控制指令的充电模式对电动汽车进行充电。该大功率直流充电系统提高了充电系统的输出能力,大大缩短电动汽车充电时间,减小充电损耗以及充电系统体积;保障充电系统运行使用的稳定性和安全性。
