A control panel is arranged in a cabinet body and comprises a central processing module, a power supply module, a voltage detection module, a charged battery polarity adaptation module and a charging adjustment module. The power supply module is connected with the charging adjustment module, the charging adjustment module is connected with the charged battery polarity adaptation module, and the charged battery polarity adaptation module is further connected with an output socket. The output socket is connected with a charged battery pack, and the voltage detection module is used for detecting the voltage of the charged battery pack, calculating the charging voltage of the charged battery pack through the central processing module andthen controlling the charging adjustment module to output the required voltage. According to the present invention, a user does not need to use an original charger, when a new device is charged, onlya charging wire needs to be inserted into the charging output socket, the charging cabinet can judge the polarity firstly according to the information of the user or the charged battery pack and thenautomatically output the corresponding charging voltage for charging, and data acquisition is carried out in the whole charging process to realize the multi-aspect protection.
