The invention discloses a parking information acquisition and charging system based on Bluetooth ETC and OBU and a parking information acquisition and charging method thereof. The parking informationacquisition and charging system comprises a vehicle detection Bluetooth module, a vehicle detector in communication connection with the vehicle detection Bluetooth module, a national standard ETC vehicle-mounted unit OBU in communication connection with the vehicle detection Bluetooth module, and a rear-end system in communication connection with the vehicle detection Bluetooth module. The vehicledetector is in communication connection with the rear-end system; and a camera is arranged in the vehicle detector. According to the invention, the vehicle detection Bluetooth module can search a national standard ETC vehicle-mounted unit OBU in sequence through high, medium and low output power; therefore, the national standard ETC vehicle-mounted unit OBU closest to the toll parking space is determined, and the situation that when multiple vehicles are parked in the adjacent parking spaces at the same time, the toll parking space where the vehicles are parked is possibly inconsistent with the toll parking space where the vehicle-mounted label is read, and consequently toll collection errors are caused is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种基于蓝牙ETC、OBU的停车信息采集收费系统及其停车信息采集收费方法,该停车信息采集收费系统包括:车辆检测蓝牙模块,与所述车辆检测蓝牙模块通信连接的车辆检测器,与所述车辆检测蓝牙模块通信连接的国标ETC车载单元OBU,以及与所述车辆检测蓝牙模块通信连接的后端系统;所述车辆检测器与所述后端系统通信连接;所述车辆检测器内置摄像器。本发明设计车辆检测蓝牙模块可通过高、中、低输出功率依次进行搜索国标ETC车载单元OBU,以确定最接近本收费车位的国标ETC车载单元OBU,进而避免当多台车同时停在相邻车位时,停车的收费车位与车载标签被识读的收费车位可能不一致,导致收费出错的情况。
