The invention discloses a novel tightening machine special for automobile plant tires. The novel tightening machine comprises a base, wherein four groups of universal wheels are mounted at the bottomof the base; two groups of the supporting rods are symmetrically mounted on the surface of the base; a horizontal rod is movably arranged between the two groups of the supporting rods; a hydraulic cylinder is arranged just below the horizontal rod; two groups of sliding rails are mounted on the surface of the horizontal rod; the power output end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the horizontal rod; a tightening mechanism is mounted directly above the sliding rails, and comprises a housing and a plurality of groups of tightening pillars which are uniformly mounted on the housing; twogroups of sliding grooves which cooperate with the sliding rails for use are symmetrically formed in the bottom of the housing; a mounting disc is fixed to the left end of the housing; a plurality ofgroups of mounting grooves are uniformly formed in the surface of the mounting disc; and a threaded groove is formed in the middle part of the mounting disc. According to the novel tightening machinedisclosed by the invention, the structure of the tightening machine for assembling of automobile tires is improved, so that under the premise that the tightening machine is guaranteed to tighten a plurality of groups of nuts, the structure of the tightening machine is simplified, the tightening machine is light in weight, and the operation complexity and manufacturing cost of the tightening machine are reduced.
本发明公开了一种新型汽车厂轮胎专用拧紧机,包括底座,底座的底部安装有四组万向轮且表面对称安装有两组支撑杆,两组支撑杆之间活动设置有横杆,横杆的正下方设置有液压缸且表面安装有两组滑轨,液压缸的动力输出端与横杆相连接,滑轨的正上方安装有拧紧机构,拧紧机构包括外壳和均匀安装在外壳上的若干组拧紧柱,外壳的底部对称开设有两组配合滑轨使用的滑槽且左端固定有安装盘,安装盘的表面均匀开设有若干组安装槽且中部开设有螺纹槽。本发明对汽车轮胎装配用拧紧机的结构进行了改进,在保证拧紧机一次性可以对多组螺母进行拧紧的前提下,简化了拧紧机的结构,使得拧紧机更加轻量化,降低了拧紧机的操作复杂度和制造成本。
