The invention relates to the technical field of cables, and discloses a new energy electric vehicle charging pile cable. A charging pile body, a cable and a charging gun are included. A sleeve is fixedly arranged at the joint of the outer wall of the charging pile body and the cable, the cable penetrates through the interior of the sleeve, a fixing ring is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of thecable, a protection pipe is arranged outside the cable and located between the fixing ring and the sleeve in a sleeving mode, and the two ends of the protection pipe are fixedly connected with the side wall of the fixing ring and the end of the sleeve correspondingly; the cable comprises a guide core and first outer sleeves, the guide core is arranged in the first outer sleeves, an insulating sleeve is fixedly arranged outside the guide core, a first extrusion layer is arranged outside each of the first outer sleeves, and a plurality of arc-shaped isolation pieces which are uniformly distributed are fixedly arranged on the inner side walls of the first extrusion layers. According to the new energy electric vehicle charging pile cable, a multi-extrusion-resistant structure is adopted, thephenomenon that extrusion between conductors is too large is avoided, and therefore the service life of the cable is prolonged.

    本发明涉及电缆技术领域,且公开了新能源电动汽车充电桩电缆,包括充电桩本体、电缆和充电枪,充电桩本体的外壁且与电缆的连接处固定设有套管,电缆呈穿过套管的内部设置,电缆的外壁固定设有固定环,电缆的外部且位于固定环和套管之间套设有保护管,保护管的两端分别与固定环的侧壁和套管的端部固定连接;电缆包括导芯和第一外套,导芯设置于第一外套的内部,导芯的外部固定设有绝缘套,多个第一外套的外部均设置有第一挤压层,第一挤压层的内侧壁固定设有多个均匀分布的弧形隔离片。该新能源电动汽车充电桩电缆,采用多重抗挤压结构,避免导体与导体之间出现挤压多大的现象,从而延长了线缆的使用寿命。
