The invention discloses a high-speed traffic flow prediction method based on multi-modal fusion and a graph attention mechanism. Short-time prediction is carried out on the traffic flow of a target checkpoint road segment in a future time period through fusion of multi-modal data of a highway, including portal frame checkpoint road speed data, toll station access flow data and road segment lane information and the like. According to the method, time and space characteristics in a traffic flow model are comprehensively considered; a plurality of factors are fused in a coding mode, a model forspeed prediction is constructed by integrating methods such as a graph attention mechanism and cavity convolution, a model is constructed by applying measured data of a certain expressway section andverified, and a prediction result and a measured result have a better effect by being compared with a vehicle speed prediction method provided by the research.
本发明公开了一种基于多模态融合和图注意力机制的高速交通流预测方法,其通过融合高速公路的多模态数据,包括有龙门架卡口道路速度数据、收费站出入流量数据、路段车道信息等,对目标卡口路段的未来时间段交通流进行短时预测。本发明方法综合考虑交通流模型中的时间和空间特征,把多种因素通过编码方式进行融合,综合图注意力机制和空洞卷积等方法进行速度预测的模型构建,应用某高速公路路段实测数据构建模型并进行验证,预测结果和实测结果对比表面本研究提出的车速预测方法具有较好的效果。
