The cross-rail vertical steering portal frame structure comprises a portal frame, a portal frame trolley arranged on the portal frame, a portal frame support and a vertical rail, wherein the portal frame support comprises portal frame supporting legs, lower beams and trolley wheel boxes; the trolley wheel boxes are arranged at the lower parts of the two ends of a beam through rotary mechanisms; the side parts of the lower beams are symmetrically hinged with rotarydrive mechanisms along the center lines of the lower beams; the rotary drive mechanisms act to drive the trolley boxes to realize around-axis vertical rotation; and the lower parts of the lower beamsinside the trolley wheel boxes are symmetrically provided with jacking mechanisms along the center lines of the lower beams. The cross-rail vertical steering portal frame structure disclosed by the invention can use one portal crane to realize a lifting task of multiple stations, avoids the great resource waste problem as one station is equipped with one portal frame, saves equipment found investment for user enterprises, and reduces cost of the enterprises.
