The invention discloses a large plate glass hoisting construction method. The method comprises the following steps that 1) a movable boom is manufactured; 2) the movable boom is checked and debugged before using; 3) the movable boom are moved to a designated position; 4 ) the tail part of the movable boom is tied with a phi 11 wire rope, and is fixed back to fixed points on a floorslab and a wallor structural columns on other side edges to prevent a movable small crane from slipping out and falling; 5) a professional operator starts a winding engine to place a hoisting wire rope on a floor tobe hoisted, and after a hoisting floor operator is ready, the hoisting is carried out after a hoisting signal is given; and 6) only after the hoisting glass is installed in the designated position and the professional operator below gives the hoisting signal, can a movable boom professional operator hoist the hoisting wire rope to the glass installation floor. According to the method, the problemof difficulty in hoisting large plate glass in the construction of a glass-shaped curtain wall is solved.

    本发明公开了一种大板块玻璃吊装施工方法,其包括以下步骤:1)制作活动吊杆;2)活动吊杆使用前应对其进行检查与调试;3)移动活动吊杆至指定位置;4)活动吊杆尾部用¢11钢丝绳栓住,向后固定在楼板上、墙上的固定点或其他侧边的结构柱上,防止活动小吊机滑移出坠落;5)由专业操作工开动卷扬机将吊装钢丝绳放到待吊装楼层,等待吊装楼层操作工准备完毕后,给予起吊信号后才可以起吊;6)吊装玻璃安装在指定位置后,待下方专业操作工给予可以起吊信号后,活动吊杆专业操作工才可以把吊装钢丝绳起吊到玻璃安装楼层。本发明解决了玻璃造型幕墙施工中所出现的大板块玻璃吊装困难的问题。
