The invention belongs to the technical field of charging piles, and discloses an electric vehicle charging pile with a safety protection system. The charging pile comprises a support frame, a transverse frame, a lateral shielding mechanism, a top shielding mechanism and a charging socket, wherein the lateral shielding mechanism is arranged on a bottom of the transverse frame and includes an integrally-formed top plate and a mounting plate, a temperature sensor is mounted on a surface wall of one side of the mounting plate, two lateral telescopic assemblies and a temperature control mechanism are mounted in the mounting plate, and the two lateral telescopic assemblies are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the temperature control mechanism and matched with the mounting plate to shield the three sides of the charging electric vehicle; the top shielding mechanism is installed at the top of the transverse frame and shields the upper portion of the charging electric vehicle; andthe charging socket is mounted on the surface wall of one side of the transverse frame. Through mutual cooperation of the structures, an environment temperature of the electric vehicle during chargingcan be stabilized within a proper range, safety protection of the electric vehicle in the charging state is achieved, and an influence of an environment temperature on battery performance of the electric vehicle during charging is reduced.

    本发明属于充电桩技术领域,公开了一种具有安全防护系统的电动车充电桩,包括:所述支撑架和横架;所述侧向遮挡机构,安装于横架底部,包括一体成型顶板和安装板,所述安装板的一侧表壁上安装有温度传感器,且安装板的内部安装有侧向伸缩组件和控温机构,所述侧向伸缩组件共设有两个,对称分布于控温机构的两侧,并与安装板配合实现充电电动车三侧的遮挡;所述顶部遮挡机构,安装于横架顶部,实现充电电动车上方的遮挡;所述充电插座,安装于横架的一侧表壁上;上述结构相互配合,使电动车充电时的环境温度能稳定处于适宜范围内,实现对充电状态下的电动车的安全防护,降低充电时环境温度对电动车电池性能的影响。
