The invention provides a rocket body structure capable of achieving rocket recovery conveniently and a liquid rocket. The rocket body structure comprises a secondary rocket. A padlock main body is arranged at the end, away from a main engine, of the secondary rocket and comprises a fixed portion, an ejector rod, a padlock body and a clamp seat. The fixed portion is circumferentially arranged on the surface of the secondary rocket and is fixedly connected with the secondary rocket. One end of the ejector rod is connected with the fixed portion through a rotator, and the other end of the ejectorrod is connected with the clamp seat through an on-off mechanism. The padlock body is used for being arranged on the surface of the secondary rocket in a folding manner through the ejector rod. In the recovery process of the secondary rocket, the ejector rod is expanded in the direction away from the axis of the secondary rocket along with opening of the on-off mechanism so as to drive the padlock body to be opened, and fixed recovery to the secondary rocket is completed through a recovery device arranged on the landing surface in a cooperation manner. Compared with the prior art, the requirements for the rocket recovery posture and speed of can be reduced, and the success rate of rocket recovery can be increased.
