The invention particularly relates to a vibration power generation system for a small fuel cell vehicle and a power generation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of vibration power generation. The power generation system is arranged on a vehicle suspension system and a vehicle body, and comprises a kinetic energy collecting mechanism, a kinetic energy recycling and conveying mechanism and a kinetic energy power generation mechanism, wherein the output end of the kinetic energy collecting mechanism is connected with the input end of the kinetic energy recycling and conveying mechanism; the kinetic energy collecting mechanism is used for collecting vibration energy generated in the running process of the vehicle and transmitting the vibration energy to the kinetic energy recycling and conveying mechanism; the output end of the kinetic energy recycling and conveying mechanism is connected with the input end of the kinetic energy power generation mechanism; the kinetic energy recycling and conveying mechanism is used for recycling the vibration energy collected by the kinetic energy collecting mechanism and transmitting the vibration energy to the kinetic energy power generation mechanism; and the kinetic energy power generation mechanism is used for using the vibration energy conveyed by the kinetic energy recycling and conveying mechanism for power generation. According to the vibration power generation system for the small fuel cell vehicle and the power generation method thereof, waste energy can be recycled, the utilization rate of the energy is increased,and the vibration power generation system is simple in structure and high in power generation efficiency.

    本发明具体涉及一种用于小型燃料电池车的震动发电系统及其发电方法,属于震动发电技术领域。发电系统设置在车辆悬挂系统及车身上,包括:动能收集机构、动能回收输送机构、动能发电机构;动能收集机构的输出端与动能回收输送机构的输入端连接;动能收集机构,用于收集车辆在运行的过程中产生的震动能并将震动能传输至动能回收输送机构;动能回收输送机构的输出端与动能发电机构的输入端连接;动能回收输送机构,用于回收所述动能收集机构收集的震动能并传输至动能发电机构;动能发电机构,用于将所述动能回收输送机构输送的震动能用于发电。本发明能够将废弃的能量回收利用,提高了能量的利用率,震动发电系统结构简单、发电效率高。
