The invention discloses a continuous gap adjusting and locking mechanism of a stacker guiding wheel. Distance adjusting and locking between a center axis of an eccentric wheel shaft of the guiding wheel and a guiding rail are achieved. The eccentric wheel shaft of the guiding wheel which is connected to a guiding wheel installing plate in a penetrating mode is designed in a two-section connectingmode; a hexagonal counter bored hole (11) is formed in the connecting surface of an eccentric shaft roller section (8); a bolt tail screw-connection counter bored hole (12) is formed in the center ofthe bottom surface of the hexagonal counter bored hole (11); a hexagonal connection block (15) is fixedly arranged on the connecting surface of an eccentric shaft penetrating-connection section (14);the eccentric shaft roller section (8) which is provided with a guiding wheel outer ring (6) is in sleeving connection with the hexagonal connection block (15) on the eccentric shaft penetrating-connection section (14) through the hexagonal counter bored hole (11); and the tail of a locking bolt (19) is in screw connection with the bolt tail screw-connection counter bored hole (12). The problems that the on-site commissioning time is long and the commissioning difficulty is high are solved.
