The invention provides a small space docking mechanism for action time sequence decoupling, and belongs to the field of spacecraft space on-orbit service. The mechanism comprises a server side and a target side, a large-angle tolerance guiding docking process is carried out by utilizing an edge molded surface, and a space cam mechanism is adopted to complete the plugging process of an electric connector. An electromechanical heating integrated docking design scheme for realizing mechanical locking and then electric connector plugging under large docking tolerance is provided for the small space docking mechanism, so the problem of realizing action time sequence decoupling under the condition of not occupying extra resources is solved, and the docking reliability is improved from the designsource. The small space docking mechanism is simple and compact in design, small in occupied space and large in guide tolerance.
