The invention discloses a wheel-track conversion chassis and a working method thereof. The chassis comprises a frame device, a supporting wheel device, a driving wheel device, a track device and a steering wheel device. During wheel type walking, the wheel diameters of the driving wheel device and the steering wheel device are maximum, and a hydraulic motor drives the chassis to walk; when a trackneeds to walk, a telescopic oil cylinder contracts, so that the diameters of tires of the driving wheel device and the steering wheel device are reduced; during rotation, a first rotating shaft and alocking device on a support are loosened, and a second rotating shaft and the locking device on a supporting wheel are loosened, a roll-over stand is rotated manually to drive the supporting wheel device and the track device to rotate, during walking, due to the fact that the external tooth shape of the sectional type tire is consistent with the internal tooth shape of the track, the driving wheel device drives the track to rotate, and the track drives a rotary auxiliary wheel, an auxiliary wheel and the steering wheel device to rotate to achieve walking. Free switching between wheel type walking and track walking is realized; and the travelling wheels are used as driving power of the track chassis, so that the structure is simple.
本发明公开了一种轮履变换底盘及其工作方法,该底盘包括车架装置、支承轮装置、驱动轮装置、履带装置和转向轮装置;轮式行走时,所述驱动轮装置与转向轮装置轮径为最大,液压马达驱动底盘行走;当需要履带行走时,伸缩油缸收缩,实现驱动轮装置与转向轮装置轮胎直径变小;旋转时,分别将旋转轴一与支架上的锁紧装置、旋转轴二与支承轮上锁紧装置松开,通过手动旋转翻转架,带动支承轮装置与履带装置旋转,行走时,由于分段式轮胎外部齿形与履带内部齿形一致,驱动轮装置驱动履带旋转,履带带动旋转辅助轮、辅助轮、转向轮装置旋转,实现行走。本发明实现轮式行走与履带行走自由切换;并且采用行走轮作为履带底盘的驱动动力,结构简单。
