The invention relates to a floating disc type cycloid hub motor, which belongs to the technical field of electric bicycles, and comprises a motor assembly and a cycloid speed reducer assembly. The cycloid speed reducer assembly comprises a rotating arm, a cycloid planet wheel sleeving the rotating arm, and a pin wheel matched with the cycloid planet wheel; end discs used for supporting the rotating arm are arranged atthe two sides of the cycloid planet wheel, and the cycloid planet wheel is connected with the end discs through connecting pin shafts. A floating disc is arranged between the enddisc and the cycloid planet wheel and limits rotation of the cycloid planet wheel through a force transmission pin shaft arranged on the end disc and the cycloid planet wheel. A pin wheel housing of the pin wheel is arranged in the inner side of a hub; the pin wheel housing of the pin wheel is fixed on the hub or is integrally designed with the hub; and the motor assembly comprises a motor rotor fixed to the rotating arm and a motor stator arranged in the circumferential direction of the motor rotor. Compared with the prior art, the overload capacity is high, the impact resistance is high, thestructure is simple and compact, and the size is smaller.

    本发明涉及一种浮动盘式摆线轮毂电机,属于电动自行车技术领域,包括电机组件和摆线减速器组件,摆线减速器组件包括转臂和套设在其上的摆线行星轮,以及与摆线行星轮匹配的针轮;摆线行星轮的两侧设有用于支撑转臂的端盘,摆线行星轮与端盘之间通过连接销轴连接;端盘与摆线行星轮之间设有浮动盘,浮动盘通过设置在端盘和摆线行星轮上的传力销轴限制摆线行星轮的自转;针轮的针齿壳设置在轮毂的内侧,针轮的针齿壳固定在轮毂上或与轮毂为一体设计;电机组件包括固定在转臂上的电机转子和设置在电机转子周向的电机定子。本发明与现有技术相比,具有较大的过载能力和较高的耐冲击性能,而且结构简单、紧凑,体积更小。
