The embodiment of the invention discloses a piston gap adjusting device and an aviation brake device piston. The piston gap adjusting device is characterized in that a wedge block assembly comprises at least three wedge blocks; a sleeve comprises a sleeve body and a sleeve base outside the first end face of the sleeve body; one end of a pull rod penetrates through the sleeve body, and the wedge block assembly, a thrust block, a disc spring assembly and a pressing plug screw are all arranged in the sleeve body; the wedge block assembly abuts against the inner wall of the second end face of thesleeve, and the multiple wedge blocks are evenly arranged outside the pull rod in the circumferential direction of the pull rod in a surrounding mode; the thrust block is partially nested in the exterior of the wedge block assembly, the disc spring assembly is nested in the exterior of the pull rod, and one end face of the disc spring assembly abuts against the end face of the thrust block; and aconcave hole is formed in one end of the pressing screw plug, and the the pressing screw plug is used for being nested in one end of the pull rod and abutting against the other end face of the disc spring assembly. According to the embodiment, the influence of the machining precision of an existing automatic gap adjusting mechanism on the piston performance is eliminated, and the piston gap adjusting device is capable of being repeatedly used, reducing the part manufacturing cost, improving the percent of pass and the stability of pulling-out force.

    本发明实施例公开了一种活塞调隙装置和航空刹车装置活塞。活塞调隙装置中楔块组件包括至少三个楔块;套筒包括套筒体及其第一端面外侧的套筒底座;拉杆的一端穿过套筒体,楔块组件、推力座、碟簧组件和压紧螺塞均布设于套筒体内部;楔块组件抵靠在套筒第二端面内壁的位置,多个楔块沿拉杆的周向均匀围设在拉杆的外部;推力座部分嵌套在楔块组件的外部,碟簧组件嵌套在拉杆的外部,一端面抵靠在推力座的端面上;压紧螺塞的一端设置有凹孔,用于嵌套在拉杆的一端并抵靠在碟簧组件的另一端面上。本发明实施例消除了现有自动调隙机构加工精度对活塞性能的影响,实现一种可重复利用,降低零件制造成本,提高拉脱力的合格率和稳定性的活塞调隙装置。
