The invention relates to an installation and construction method for a steel structure truss. A connecting ring, a hoisting rope, a fixing buckle, a positioning mechanism, a locking mechanism and a connecting mechanism are provided, the upper end of the connecting ring is connected with a lifting hook; the lower end of the connecting ring is connected with the hoisting rope; the outer wall of thehoisting rope is sleeved with a positioning mechanism; a locking mechanism is mounted at the top of the positioning mechanism; the two positioning mechanisms are connected and fixed through a connecting mechanism; the bottom of the hoisting rope is connected to the truss arc-shaped rod through a fixing buckle; a first semicircular clamping plate and a second semicircular clamping plate are respectively hinged to the upper end of the hinged support; the inner walls of the first semicircular clamping plate and the second semicircular clamping plate are located on the outer side of the hoisting rope, and a first rubber strip is embedded into the top of the first semicircular clamping plate. The swing amplitude of the truss in the mounting process can be effectively reduced, a guarantee is provided for follow-up truss alignment operation, and meanwhile the beneficial effects of being high in practicability and safety are achieved.

    本发明涉及一种钢结构桁架安装施工方法,包括连接环、起吊绳索、固定卡扣、定位机构、锁定机构和连接机构,连接环的上端与起吊钩相连,连接环的下端连接有起吊绳索,起吊绳索的外壁套接有定位机构,定位机构的顶部安装有锁定机构,两个所述定位机构之间通过连接机构连接固定,起吊绳索的底部通过固定卡扣连接在桁架弧形杆上,铰座的上端分别铰接有第一半圆夹紧板和第二半圆夹紧板,第一半圆夹紧板和第二半圆夹紧板的内壁位于起吊绳索的外侧,第一半圆夹紧板的顶部嵌入有第一橡胶条,本发明,能够有效的降低桁架在安装过程中的摆幅,为后续桁架的对准作业提供了保障,同时,具有实用性强和安全性强的特性。
