The invention relates to the technical field of tires, and especially relates to four-season semi-steel universal tire tread rubber and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the process steps of master batch mixing, standing cooling and final mixing. The existing two-stage master batch mixing process is adjusted into a one-stage master batch mixing process, meanwhile, the rotating speed of a rotor of a first-section internal mixer is reduced to 45 r/min, and the rubber discharging temperature rises to 165 DEG C. The temperature rising speed of the rubber compound is reduced by reducing the speed of the rotor, and meanwhile, the rubber discharging temperature is increased, so that the proper mixing time of the rubber compound is prolonged; the shearing and mixing times of the rubber compound in the internal mixer are increased, so the rubber compound is mixed more uniformly, and meanwhile, the production efficiency is greatly improved; and in the final rubber mixing process, the rotating speed of the rotor of the final mixing internal mixer is reduced to 25 r/min, the rubber discharging temperature is increased to 105 DEG C, the temperature rise speed of the rubber compound is reduced by reducing the speed of the rotor, the rubber discharging temperature is increased to prolong the proper mixing time of the rubber compound, and the shearing and mixing times of the rubber compound in the internal mixer is increased, so the rubber compound is mixed more uniformly.

    本发明涉及轮胎技术领域,具体地涉及一种四季半钢通用型轮胎胎面胶及其制备方法,包括母胶混炼、停放冷却、终炼混炼工艺步骤,本发明由现有的两段母炼胶混炼工艺调整为一段母炼胶混炼工艺,同时降低一段密炼机转子转速为45r/min,排胶温度升高至165℃,通过降低转子速度降低混炼胶升温速度,同时增加了排胶温度使混炼胶混炼适当时间延长,增加混炼胶在密炼机内剪切混炼次数,使胶料混炼更加均匀的同时大大提高了生产效率;在终炼胶混炼工艺中,降低终炼密炼机转子转速为25r/min,排胶温度升高至105℃,通过降低转子速度降低混炼胶升温速度,同时增加了排胶温度使混炼胶混炼适当时间延长,增加混炼胶在密炼机内剪切混炼次数,使胶料混炼更加均匀。
