The invention discloses an intelligent work vehicle for airplane wing assembling, and relates to the technical field of airplane assembling. For the problems that during existing airplane assembling,when a hoisting operation table is adopted for assembling, time and labor are wasted, safety is low, stability is insufficient, the quality of airplanes is likely to be affected, and meanwhile the automation degree is low, the following scheme is provided at present, an AGV body is included, the top of the AGV body is fixedly connected with a supporting frame, a lifting mechanism is arranged in the supporting frame, a bearing platform is arranged on the top of the lifting mechanism, an organ cover is fixedly connected to the bottom of the bearing platform, the top of the right side of the supporting frame is fixedly connected with two fixing frames, and the fixing frames are rotationally connected with first hydraulic oil cylinders. When the intelligent work vehicle conducts lifting work,time and labor are saved, collisions, falling and other safety accidents are not likely to happen, safety is higher, the situation that the airplanes are subjected to collisions, and wings are scratched, concaved and deformed is avoided, the airplane quality is facilitated, meanwhile, equipment is high in automation degree, and the intelligent work vehicle conforms to the intelligent manufacturingdevelopment direction.

    本发明公开了一种飞机机翼装配用智能工作车,涉及飞机装配技术领域,针对现有飞机装配时采用吊装作业台进行装配时,费时费力,安全性较低,不够稳定,容易影响飞机的质量,同时自动化程度低,现提出如下方案,包括AGV车体,所述AGV车体的顶部固定连接有支撑架,所述支撑架的内部设有升降机构,所述升降机构的顶部设有承载平台,所述承载平台的底部固定连接有风琴罩,所述支撑架的右侧顶部固定连接有两个固定架,所述固定架上转动连接有第一液压油缸。本发明在升降作业时省时省力,不容易发生碰撞、坠落等安全事故,安全性更高,也不会碰撞飞机对机翼造成划痕,凹陷变形,有利于飞机质量,同时设备自动化水平高,符合智能制造的发展方向。
