The hoisting station inversion prevention tool comprises a base, a motor, a hoisting disc and a one-way bearing. The hoisting disc comprises an inner disc, an outer disc, a first limiting assembly, a second limiting assembly and a control unit. The inner disc is connected to an output shaft of themotor in a sleeving manner. The inner ring of the one-way bearing is in shaft connection with the inner disc. The inner disc is provided with multiple first barbs. The outer disc is provided with multiple second barbs and comprises a groove structure for winding of external thread ropes. The first limiting assembly comprises a first limiting pin, a first elastic piece and a telescopic assembly. The second limiting assembly comprises a second limiting pin and a second elastic piece. The control unit judges whether the motor is in the power-off state or not, the free end of the first limiting pin is driven to be disengaged from a first notch in the axial direction if the motor is in the power-off state, and the free end of the first limiting pin is driven to abut against the inner portion of a second notch in the axial direction if the motor is not in the power-off state. By means of the hoisting station inversion prevention tool and the inversion prevention method, the situation that falling cannot be achieved in one direction can be avoided while inversion prevention is achieved, the tool can conveniently conduct the hoisting work, the application range of the tool is widened, andsafety of the tool is improved.
