The invention discloses a control method of a suspension type monorail vehicle. When the total required braking force is less than or equal to the actual electric braking force, a train monitoring system (TCMS) controls a traction control unit (TCU) to perform electric braking as required, so that the actual electric braking force is maximized as much as possible, and hydraulic braking is not required; and when the total required braking force is larger than the actual electric braking force, the TCMS controls the TCU to conduct electric braking and controls the BCU to conduct hydraulic braking at the same time, electric braking is supplemented through hydraulic braking, and electric braking and hydraulic braking jointly participate in braking. The TCU and a brake control unit (BCU) are controlled through the TCMS to achieve cooperative braking of electric braking and hydraulic braking in order to guarantee that the electric braking capacity is brought into play to the maximum extent,so stable transition of electric braking and hydraulic braking is achieved, and the braking stability of the whole train is naturally improved.

    本发明公开一种悬挂式单轨车辆的控制方法,当总需求制动力小于等于实际电制动力时,列车监控系统TCMS控制牵引控制单元TCU按需进行电制动,使实际电制动力尽可能达到最大,而无需进行液压制动;当总需求制动力大于实际电制动力时,列车监控系统TCMS控制牵引控制单元TCU进行电制动,同时控制制动控制单元BCU进行液压制动,利用液压制动对电制动进行补充,使电制动和液压制动共同参与制动。本发明的通过列车监控系统TCMS控制牵引控制单元TCU和制动控制单元BCU使电制动和液压制动协同制动,保证最大发挥电制动能力,使电制动和液压制动实现平稳过渡,整车的制动平稳性自然有所提升。
