The embodiment of the invention discloses a circuit and a method for controlling starting of a charger, and a rail vehicle. The circuit and the method are applied to the rail vehicle. The circuit comprises a direct-current power supply circuit, an alternating-current power supply circuit and a switching circuit; the alternating-current power supply circuit comprises a step-down circuit and a rectifying circuit; the input end of the step-down circuit is connected with alternating current; the output end of the step-down circuit is connected with the first end of the rectifying circuit; the first input end of the switching circuit is connected with the second end of the rectifying circuit; the second input end of the switching circuit is connected with the direct-current power supply circuit; the output end of the switching circuit is connected with the charger; and the switching circuit is used for switching to the alternating-current power supply circuit to supply power to the chargerwhen the direct-current power supply circuit is abnormal. When the direct-current power supply circuit is abnormal, the alternating-current power supply circuit is in a normal working state, and the switching circuit switches the alternating-current power supply circuit to supply power to the charger. Therefore, when the direct-current power supply circuit fails, the charger can still be started emergently, and dual-redundancy control over starting of the charger is achieved.

    本申请实施例公开了一种控制充电机启动的电路方法及轨道车辆,应用于轨道车辆;电路包括:直流供电电路、交流供电电路、切换电路;交流供电电路包括降压电路和整流电路;降压电路的输入端连接交流电,降压电路的输出端连接整流电路的第一端;切换电路的第一输入端与整流电路的第二端连接;切换电路的第二输入端与直流供电电路连接;切换电路的输出端与充电机连接;切换电路,用于当直流供电电路异常时,切换为交流供电电路给充电机供电。在直流供电电路异常时,交流供电电路处于正常的工作状态,切换电路切换交流供电电路给充电机供电。因此,在直流供电电路失效时,依然能够应急启动充电机,实现了启动充电机的双冗余控制。
