The invention relates to the technical field of ship repairing and manufacturing, and discloses a rudder bearing sleeve mounting tool. The rudder bearing sleeve mounting tool comprises a hoisting rodand a cross-shaped support connected to the lower end of the hoisting rod and perpendicular to the hoisting rod, the cross-shaped support is formed by connecting two rectangular square tubes which aremutually crossed in an up-down abutting mode, telescopic baffles capable of moving along rectangular inner holes of the rectangular square tubes in a telescopic mode are inserted into the rectangularinner holes in the two ends of each rectangular square tube correspondingly, positioning steps used for positioning the inner hole and the end face of the lower end of the rudder bearing sleeve are arranged at the overhanging ends of the telescopic baffles, lateral fastening screws used for fixing the telescopic baffles are arranged on the side faces of the rectangular square tubes, and lifting lug holes are formed in the upper ends of the hoisting rods. According to the rudder bearing sleeve mounting tool, the cost of the tool is reduced, and the installation efficiency and quality are improved.
