The invention relates to a method for controlling a 230 V alternating current heating load of an aircraft anti-icing system, and belongs to the technical field of aviation electricity. Three-phase power supply inputs INA, INB and INC are connected with a solid-state power device A, a solid-state power device B and a solid-state power device C, a MOS tube is controlled to output POUT signals through DIV _ P and DIV _ D signals in the solid-state power devices, and an A phase, a B phase and a C phase of the heating load are controlled. When the CUR voltage signal of the current acquisition end is abnormal, DIV _ P and DIV _ D signals quickly cut off the output of the MOS tube to perform short-circuit protection control, and piezoresistors R16 and R17 are adopted to protect the MOS tube so that reverse high-voltage impact damage is reduced, the output fault of the anti-icing system is effectively avoided, and the product reliability is improved.

    本发明涉及一种飞机防冰系统230V交流加热负载的控制方法,属于航空电气技术领域。本发明将三相电源输入INA、INB、INC与固态功率器A、固态功率器B、固态功率器C相连接,通过固态功率器中DIV_P、DIV_D信号控制MOS管输出POUT信号,控制加热负载的A相、B相、C相。当电流采集端CUR电压信号异常时,DIV_P、DIV_D信号迅速切断MOS管输出,进行短路保护控制,并采用压敏电阻R16、R17对MOS管进行保护,减少反向大电压冲击损害,有效的避免了防冰系统的输出故障,提高产品可靠性。
