The invention discloses a double-gas-chamber energy accumulator and belongs to the technical field of pneumatic machines. The energy accumulator comprises a connecting body, floating pistons, a high-pressure cylinder barrel, a low-pressure cylinder barrel, end cover seals, inflation valves and gas chamber end covers. The connecting body is of a ring-shaped columnar structure, an oil inlet is machined in the middle portion of the connecting body, and a hole thread and a platform provided with the end face seals are machined at the position of the oil inlet. The hollow high-pressure cylinder barrel and the hollow low-pressure cylinder barrel are assembled at the two ends of the connecting body correspondingly, the floating pistons are loaded into the high-pressure cylinder barrel and the low-pressure cylinder barrel correspondingly, and the gas chamber end covers are installed at the other end of the high-pressure cylinder barrel and the other end of the low-pressure cylinder barrel. Gaschambers are formed between the floating pistons and the gas chamber end covers, and oil chambers are formed between the floating pistons and the connecting body. The double-gas-chamber energy accumulator has the characteristic that the energy storage ratio is large, and meanwhile the running performance of a vehicle in different load states can be met by adjusting the inflation pressure of the low-pressure gas chamber and the low-pressure gas chamber.

    本发明公开了一种双气室蓄能器,属于气动机械技术领域。蓄能器包括连接体、浮动活塞、高压缸筒、低压缸筒、端盖密封、充气阀和气室端盖;连接体为环形柱状结构,在连接体中部加工有进油口,进油口处加工有孔螺纹和安装端面密封的平台;在连接体的两端分别装配有中空的高压缸筒和低压缸筒,浮动活塞分别装入高压缸筒和低压缸筒中,同时在高压缸筒和低压缸筒的另一端安装有气室端盖,在浮动活塞与气室端盖之间形成气室,在浮动活塞与连接体之间形成油室。本发明具有大储能比的特点,同时通过调整高低压气室的充气压力能够满足不同载荷状态下车辆的行驶性能。
