A cable rotating system working in the space faces problems that the angular momentum of a spacecraft is too large, and system rotation reduction is difficult. The invention provides a cable truss. The weight of the cable truss ranges from several tons to twenty tons. The cable truss can take away the angular momentum, so that the angular momentum brought to the system in the ascending process ofthe spacecraft is eliminated. Compared with an unpowered heavy hammer, the cable truss can generate thousands of ampere currents, hundreds of Newton ampere force is generated in an earth magnetic field, so that the time for reconnecting the cable truss to a cable rotating system is greatly shortened.
