The invention discloses a second brake control system of a tower crane. The system involves a second brake, a detection unit and a hydraulic station detection unit; the second brake is arranged on a hoisting mechanism of the tower crane and comprises a brake mechanical part and a brake control part, wherein the control end of the brake mechanical part is matched with an oil way of the hoisting mechanism, and the control end of the brake control part is in signal connection with the brake mechanical part; the detection unit is arranged on the second brake and comprises a gap sensor and a confirmation sensor, wherein the signal output end of the gap sensor is in signal connection with the signal input end of the hydraulic station detection unit, and the signal output end of the confirmationsensor is in signal connection with the signal input end of the hydraulic station detection unit; and the hydraulic station detection unit is arranged on the hoisting mechanism, and the signal input end of the hydraulic station detection unit is in signal connection with the signal output end of the confirmation sensor, and the signal output end of the hydraulic station detection unit is electrically connected with the signal input end of the brake control part through a control circuit. The system has the beneficial effects that during second brake scram, the strong impact on the tower craneis less, the failure rate is reduced, and the safety is high.

    一种塔式起重机的第二制动控制系统,包括:第二制动器,设置在塔式起重机的起升机构上,包括刹车机械部件和刹车控制部件,刹车机械部件的控制端与起升机构的油路配合;刹车控制部件的控制端与刹车机械部件信号连接;检测单元,设置在第二制动器上,包括间隙传感器和确认传感器,间隙传感器的信号输出端与液压站检测单元的信号输入端信号连接;确认传感器的信号输出端与液压站检测单元的信号输入端信号连接;以及液压站检测单元,设置在起升机构上,信号输入端与确认传感器的信号输出端信号连接;其信号输出端通过控制电路与刹车控制部件的信号输入端电连接。本发明的有益效果是:第二制动急停时对塔机产生强烈冲击少、减少故障率安全性高。
