The invention relates to the field of general equipment manufacturing, in particular to a multifunctional grabbing device which is formed by 1/N grabbing mechanisms and longitudinal beams. Each grabbing mechanism is formed by a supporting and pressing unit, a grabbing unit and a limiting unit. Each grabbing unit is formed by a grabbing arm, a loose joint connecting rod and a clamping plate. Each supporting and pressing unit is formed by an adjustable connecting rod, a right-hand and left-hand thread nut, a right-hand and left-hand thread rod end joint bearing and a lifting ring. Each limitingunit is formed by a limiting bolt and a cross beam. The mechanism is designed according to a mechanical principle of a plane four bar mechanism; by utilizing a dead-point clamping principle, when a target object is clamped to lift, a clamping force is increased, so that an object is locked, and materials are conveyed in a safe, convenient, high-efficiency and low-cost way; and in addition, multiple objects can be grabbed, so that the flexibility in working is high.
