The invention discloses a composite guide wheel. The composite guide wheel comprises a hub, a bearing sleeve mounted on the center of the hub and a rope groove body arranged on the periphery of the hub in a circular sleeving manner, the hub comprises two half hub bodies formed through stamping of a steel plate, the two half hub bodies are attached and fixed, the surface of each half hub body is sunken towards an attaching side, the bottom face of each sinking portion protrudes in a manner of backing onto the attaching side to form a groove with an opening facing the attaching side, the bottomfaces of the sinking portions of the two half hub bodies are attached, after mutual attaching, the grooves with the corresponding positions on the two half hub bodies form a mounting cavity body, therope grove body comprises an annular main body attached to the periphery of the hub to be fixed, and a reinforcing column extending from the inner side of the annular main body to the interior of themounting cavity body, and the rope groove body is formed through composite material pouring. A guide wheel structure obtained through the composite guide wheel is firmer and more stable, manufacturingand machining are convenient, and cost is low.
