According to the low-cost underwater suspension device, a controller is controlled by external control equipment, then the controller activates a servo motor I, the servo motor I drives a gear to rotate, the gear drives a movable column to move downwards, then a circular disc extrudes acetic acid in a circular box body to enable acetic acid to enter a rectangular box body, then acetic acid reacts with calcium carbonate to generate carbon dioxide, and then carbon dioxide enters the air bag, so that the air bag is filled withgas, buoyancy is increased, and the increase amount of the buoyancy of the whole equipment in water can be controlled through the arrangement.
