The invention discloses a ship porthole trepanning and scribing method, which comprises the steps of determining a rounding line of a porthole by adopting a scribing template, wherein the scribing template is provided with an arc edge and two straight edges, one ends of the two straight edges are respectively connected with one end of the arc edge and tangent to the arc edge, and the scribing template is placed at the inner corner of a trepanning grid line, so that the two straight edges are enabled to scribe a rounding line of the porthole along the arc edge after being respectively aligned with two intersected edges of the trepanning grid line. Compared with an existing mode, in which a rounding centring line is drawn at first, then an intersection point formed by the rounding centring line serves as the circle center, and fixed-length rounding is conducted according to the rounding theoretical radius, for determining the rounding line, the scribing efficiency is greatly improved, the scribing error is reduced, the ship building speed is increased, and extra labor cost caused by repeated scribing is avoided.
本发明公开一种船舶舷窗开孔划线方法,采用划线模板确定出舷窗的倒圆线,划线模板具有圆弧边和两个直边,两个直边的一端分别与圆弧边的一端连接并相切,将划线模板放置在开孔格子线的内角,使两个直边分别与开孔格子线相交的两条边对齐后,沿圆弧边划出舷窗的倒圆线。相较于现有的先划出倒圆定心线,再以倒圆定心线形成的交点为圆心,以倒圆理论半径进行定长划圆的方式确定倒圆线,不仅大大提高了划线效率,也减小了划线误差,加快了船舶的建造速度,避免了重复划线带来的额外人工成本。
