The invention provides a bus driver surrounding door formed through hot bending, and a manufacturing method thereof. Sectional materials are connected with each other through connecting pieces to forma door body. A light-transmitting sheet that is untempered plain glass is embedded in the door body. When in use, the spliced door body embedded with the glass is integrally heated in a mold with a specific radian to be formed at a time; bending and tempering of the glass and bending of an aluminum profile are completed once, so the production efficiency is greatly improved, meanwhile, errors caused by respective forming of all parts are thoroughly avoided, damping rubber strips between the aluminum profile and glass in the prior art can be omitted, and the material cost is saved; and the metal aluminum profile and the glass are integrally formed in a one-time hot bending mode, so the radian is completely consistent, and vibration and abnormal sounds between all the parts are thoroughly eliminated.

    本发明提供公交车热弯成型司机包围门及其制造方法,其型材之间用连接件相互连接形成为门体,在门体内嵌设有透光性片材,即未钢化的平面玻璃,在使用时,将拼接完成后且嵌合有玻璃的门体整体加热在特定弧度的模具中一次成型,玻璃弯曲钢化、铝型材压弯,工艺上一次完成,极大的提高了生产效率,且同时彻底解决了各零件分别成型带来的误差,并能取消以往设计中铝材和玻璃之间的减震胶条,节约了材料成本,金属铝型材和玻璃整体一次性热弯成型,弧度完全一致,彻底消除了各零件之间的震动和异响。
