The invention discloses an intelligent adjusting device and method for an automobile reflector in the technical field of intelligent driving, and aims to solve the technical problem that the automobile reflector cannot be automatically adjusted in the prior art. The device comprises a processing unit, and a seat position acquisition unit, a driver sitting height acquisition unit, an image acquisition unit and a reflector adjusting unit which are electrically connected with the processing unit respectively, wherein the image acquisition unit comprises a camera, a lifting mechanism and a deflection mechanism, the lifting mechanism and the deflection mechanism are in transmission connection with the camera, and the camera is electrically connected with the processing unit.
